The Expert Panel met on the 21th of October 2021 to assess the projects that would be eligible for the 2021/2022 Research Call.

In this edition of the Call, 37 projects were received, 18 choose Type A, intended for established researchers and 19 choose Type B, intended for emerging researchers.

After several rounds of selection processes, the final score was set. Projects that obtained the highest score in each category were:

Type A. Established researchers

“Deciphering the epigenomic signature induced by the carcinogenic pks+E.coli and its role in colorectal tumorigenesis.”

The Patronage of the Foundation on proposal from the Scientific Committee approved the granting of two fellowship grants, valued each at 60,000 €, one for every of the two above mentioned projects.

The research will take place during the academic years 2022 and 2023.
